Key Responsibilities: Empower children to overcome communication challenges by providing diagnostic and therapeutic services in a school setting Provide innovative speech and language services in both regular classrooms and in specialized one-on-one or small group sessions Complete speech assessments with children who demonstrate a functional inability to perform in an educational environment Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators and professionals Create all documentation necessary and communicate with school staff and families in support of students Make a lasting impact on students' educational success Qualifications Ideal Candidates Have: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Science Disorders Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP) or eligibility Maryland and/or Washington DC license or eligibility Passion for working with children and fostering their growth Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to data-driven, evidence-based practices Benefits of Working for The Children's Guild:
