About the Company: A temporary, skilled, and self-driven scientist is needed to provide expertise in Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) Bioconjugation and Chemistry to advance an ADC portfolio. The successful candidate should have a solid foundation in chemistry and/or bioconjugation, supporting both discovery research and early process development for ongoing and new ADC projects.
About the Role: Perform hands-on laboratory work to support ADC and bioconjugate projects. Offer specialized knowledge in chemistry and bioconjugation for cutting-edge ADC technologies, including linkers, payloads, innovative conjugation methods, and analytical assessments, while contributing new ideas for proof of concept. Participate in the planning, discussion, and execution of chemical synthesis processes. Conduct critical analysis and interpretation of scientific and technical data, and document findings through report writing. Communicate scientific concepts, results, and interpretations effectively to cross-functional teams. Adhere to intellectual property guidelines, compliance policies, and health and safety regulations in the laboratory.

Qualifications: - PhD in Chemistry or a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience; or, MS/MA in Chemistry or a related field with at least seven (7) years of relevant experience; or, BS/BA in Chemistry or a related field with at least nine (9) years of relevant experience; or, A combination of equivalent education and experience.
Required Skills: Strong scientific understanding of chemistry, the mechanisms of action of cytotoxins and ADCs, and pharmacology studies in ADC discovery.Hands-on laboratory experience in bioconjugate research, including reagent generation, bioconjugate optimization, material production, purification, analytics, and characterization.Preferred experience in various aspects of small molecule chemical synthesis.Proven commitment to scientific excellence, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve scientific challenges. Preferred Skills: In-depth knowledge of current advancements in ADC research, including conjugation technologies, linkers, and payloads.Proficient in bioconjugation platforms, their applications, and development processes.Strong understanding of analytical techniques, such as NMR, HPLC, and LCMS.Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.A collaborative team player with a solid track record in report writing.
