We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Seasonal Brand Marketing Manager to help shape and drive the brand's marketing direction for Spring/Summer 2025 (SP/SU25). This role is responsible for leading the seasonal brand strategy and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated consumer experience. With a creator-first mindset, the Seasonal Brand Marketing Manager will elevate the brand and align with commercial priorities, ensuring the successful execution of seasonal plans for both SP/SU24 and SP/SU25.
Key Responsibilities: Seasonal Marketing Strategy: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and manage the seasonal marketing direction and brand narrative for SP/SU25. Ensure alignment with brand goals and deliver an integrated consumer journey.Campaign Development: Lead the creation of seasonal brand concept maps and coordinate the development of marketing briefs in collaboration with Geo Brand Marketing teams, focusing on consumer insights, seasonal strategy, and creative direction.Consumer Insights: Champion the North America consumer by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to inform geo-specific strategies. Use key insights about trends, competitors, and the marketplace to drive brand decisions.Geo Coordination & Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact between North America and Global teams, ensuring alignment of ideas, plans, and strategies to extend the impact of key brand moments across regions.Performance Evaluation: Lead post-campaign analysis to capture results and learnings from key initiatives. Work with geo leadership to refine strategies based on performance insights and build a roadmap for future seasonal campaigns.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering impactful seasonal campaigns.Strong understanding of consumer behavior and experience leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies.Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies, managing relationships with stakeholders and leadership teams.Demonstrated ability to work on complex, multi-faceted projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the footwear, fashion, or lifestyle industries is preferred.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $69 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
