Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretaria Recepcionista to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support within our office environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing office tasks, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office documentation.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Assist with legal reception duties, including client check-in/check-out processes and appointment scheduling.
Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or other languages) is a significant advantage.
Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with office management software.
Strong phone etiquette skills to ensure professional communication at all times.
Previous experience as a legal receptionist is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.
