In this role, you'll actively participate in the hiring process, mentor and guide staff growth, and ensure work assignments are consistent with staff development plans and project needs. You'll contribute as a member of the ISS Management Team and the ITSD Extended Management Team.In addition, you'll make contributions to the group in the areas of Storage Management, File Services, Private Cloud, Server Virtualization, and/or VDI. You'll collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Managers, and technical teams to resolve customer problems and communicate pertinent information. Finally, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for the file services area, including user home directories, Enterprise Box tenant, and Enterprise Data Backup.
