About Us: Survivors Awareness is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting sexual violence survivors through creative therapy and mental health programs. Our mission is to provide a safe space for healing and empowerment through innovative therapeutic approaches. We are based in Massachusetts and have been testing out our strategies for the past four years. With recent partnerships and development we are looking to expand our efforts via small research.

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Mental Health Specialist to assist with the collection, management, and analysis of confidential data related to our mental health programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, data management, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
Key Responsibilities: Data Collection: Design and implement data collection methods to assess the impact of our creative therapy programs. Confidentiality: Ensure all data is handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with privacy laws and ethical guidelines. Data Management: Maintain accurate and secure records of participant data, including pre- and post-program assessments. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and generate reports with actionable insights. Customer Follow-Ups: We do in-person intimate programming (max 15 people per event) the "data" part is doing PHQ-2 screeners before the events and then following up with each participant 2 weeks later to check-in and find out what more they need! Again, this is new to us, YOU are the professional and we seek your guidance on the best practices we should do. Qualifications: Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health, data management, or research. Experience handling confidential information is essential. Skills: Strong understanding of mental health and therapeutic practices. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Attributes: Experience with creative therapy methods and their impact. Background in nonprofit or community-focused work.
