Responsibilities: Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactionsMonitor vital signs and report changes to the interdisciplinary teamProvide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and familiesDevelop and implement nursing care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needsDocument patient care and progress notes accurately and timelyRequirements:Must have unencumbered license in the state of Arizona or compact state.
