The Intuit media team, SMB MediaLabs, is searching for an Account Manager. Started in 2023, Intuit SMB MediaLabs is a first-of-its-kind B2B media network focused solely on small businesses, powered by the unmatched 1st party business data of Intuit.
By leveraging Intuit's 1st party data, B2B marketers can put campaigns in the market with extreme accuracy and efficiency. Advertisers that partner with Intuit SMB MediaLabs are typically large companies offering products and services to small businesses. Your knowledge of online media, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities, helps businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you will provide excellent client service, research, and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of our clients, and understand how our product offerings can grow their business. Working with them and your business development lead or leads, you will help set the strategy for how their advertising can reach millions of SMBs.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to work hand in hand with the business development team to ensure clients are well managed, have an excellent experience working with our team, and grow their business with us.Build and manage relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a very high standard.Support the media team in building media plans, proposals, and wrap reports to present to clients and drive renewals.Plan for and achieve business growth targets through the presentation of advertising products/solutions and new capabilities that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.Build an in-depth knowledge of how our advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.7+ years experience managing digital advertising campaigns, digital media sales/business development, and relationships with advertising customers and/or advertising agencies.Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.Experience in customer-facing business.Experience optimizing and troubleshooting advertising products and services.Experience with digital advertising campaigns on social, programmatic, CTV, and search platforms.Experience with multiple advertising platforms including: Meta, Google, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn, CTV, Xandr.
