The Role Metropolis is seeking a Sr. Analyst/Manager Revenue Operations to apply their analytical skills to solve complex GTM challenges and frame up solutions. You will work with business and revenue data, customer data, conduct market research, and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making. You will report to our Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations and work directly with our SVPs of Sales to provide support and uplevel their GTM efforts.
Responsibilities Identify and drive process improvement across Revenue Operations, such as lead generation, underwriting/proforma, RFP, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.Implement best practices and automation solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.Oversee the management of revenue data and ensure its accuracy, completeness, and security.Lead ad-hoc projects, reports, and analyses related to revenue generation.Drive continuous improvement and innovation to support the company's growth and competitiveness.Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring its accuracy, health, and alignment with revenue targets.Develop and maintain sales KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance, track progress against goals, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Seasoned professional with a strong background in revenue operations, analytics, management consulting, or related fields, ideally with 3-5+ years of experience.Progressive experience and comfort across data and analytics areas including data modeling and transformation across multiple data sources with leading data visualization platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across departments.When you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
