About the Role The Company is in search of a Senior Consultant with a focus on Compensation Consulting to join their Employment and Litigation Support (ELS) Division. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in this area, passionate about tackling complex workplace issues, and experienced in leveraging data for research, particularly in the realms of EEO and DEI. Key responsibilities for the role include consulting with Fortune 500 companies on compensation, job architecture, and leveling, as well as designing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs. The successful candidate will work with organizational leadership to create a compensation philosophy, develop job architecture structures, and ensure company compliance with state and federal laws related to compensation.
Applicants for the Senior Consultant position should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in external independent consulting on compensation and related areas, and hold a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field. The role requires strong computer skills, communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. The candidate should be adept at working both as part of a team and autonomously, with a high level of self-discipline and organizational ability. Responsibilities also include managing and developing new business, from supporting sales calls to contributing to marketing strategy, and the development of structured methods for data analysis and interpretation to benchmark jobs.
