The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and negotiating a variety of large commercial contracts, with a focus on metadata and software licensing. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong background in commercial contract law and a proven track record in this area. The Senior Counsel will also be involved in legal vetting of new product offerings, strategic initiatives, and process improvements, and will act as a trusted partner to the company's commercial, product, strategy, operations, and technology organizations.
Applicants for the Senior Counsel position at the company should possess the ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial arrangements, excellent communication skills, and the decisiveness to make quick, confident decisions.
