Applicants for the Senior Counsel position should be practicing attorneys with at least 5 years of legal experience, particularly in the Americas, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. A strong interest in digital currency and blockchain technology is essential, with experience in financial regulation and a preference for those with a background in cryptocurrency markets. The role demands a high level of commitment, the ability to operate in a risk-tolerant but compliance-oriented setting, and a talent for creative problem-solving. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, experience with securities and derivatives, and a background in counseling product teams are all considered advantageous.
