The successful candidate will be a seasoned commercial transactions practitioner with a focus on technology-related agreements. This role involves providing strategic legal guidance to business partners, and drafting and negotiating a wide range of complex and high-value third-party agreements, particularly those with a technology focus. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be licensed to practice law in the US, and have at least 7 years of experience, with a preference for in-house experience. Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects under deadline pressure, supporting the evolution of contract processes, and providing practical, commercially-oriented legal advice that aligns with business objectives.
Applicants for this role at the company should be adept at handling a variety of commercial transactions, with a strong emphasis on technology, software, SaaS, payments, and e-commerce agreements.
