The preferred candidate will have over 12 years' experience, be adept at diagnosing organizational challenges, and be familiar with modern HR technologies, such as the Oracle Cloud Fusion HRMS. This dynamic position demands a proactive approach to driving continued efficiency and productivity while fostering innovation within a high-engagement culture.
