Applicants for the Senior Director of Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the CDMO market space, specifically with a background in small molecule development. A Bachelor's degree in organic chemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, or chemical engineering is required to ensure a solid foundation in the industry.
