The Senior Director will also be involved in the early planning of a significant comprehensive campaign and will be expected to represent the organization at various functions to engage with potential donors.
Applicants for the Senior Director of Development position at the company should have at least 7 years' of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a proven track record of closing 6-figure gifts. The role requires strong management and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in an academic medical school or hospital setting is preferred, and a graduate degree or CFRE is a plus. The role is hybrid, with the option for remote work, and may require travel to meet the organization's fundraising needs.
