About this team and role:As the Senior Director of Product for Firefox Growth, you will be responsible for the growth strategy for all of Firefox, leading a team of dedicated managers and product managers and working on a product that is used by millions worldwide! Your primary goal will be to increase the daily active usage of the browser through improving user engagement, retention, and activation. You'll use your experience growing other digital products, driving cross company alignment on growth initiatives, product excellence, and strong leadership skills to help Firefox grow.
What you'll do:Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, aimed at increasing daily active usage, user engagement, retention, and activationLeadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
