Position Summary
Data Collection Specialists make non-sales calls to existing clients with the goal of collecting data about the company and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Ensure FM Audit is accurately reporting customer fleet data Onboard new and existing customers to FM Audit Troubleshoot customer accounts Escalation points for tier 2/3 support requests Manage customer relationship and weekly meetings to achieve desired uptime Provide continue process improvement for team Contribute to and reinforce a positive culture of getting things done Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure the best FlexTG customer experience Ability to work on tech team projects Qualifications and Experience Intense passion for detailed work and interacting with people Ability to communicate technical concepts and procedures to non-technical people Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic to intermediate excel spreadsheet experience. High School Diploma/GED. 1-2 years IT Help Desk experience preferred. 1-year customer service call center experience. Ability to work autonomously. Previous experience working with internal ticketing system preferred (i.e., Zendesk) Physical Requirements
