Summary: This role involves providing and/or directing the characterization of process optimization strategies and troubleshooting operational issues within operations, manufacturing, pilot plants, or capital projects environments.
Responsibilities: Complete complex assignments require the development of new and/or improved engineering techniques and procedures.
Develop engineering policies and procedures affecting multiple organizational units.
Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of a small staff of engineers, associates, and/or technicians.
Apply engineering knowledge to a broad variety of assignments in related fields.
Plan and conduct projects, applying mature engineering knowledge.
Develop technical solutions to complex problems, using ingenuity and creativity.
Work with various departments to develop requirements and recommendations for complex system/facility modifications.
Coordinate the work of consultants, architects, and engineering firms.
Develop departmental or project budgets encompassing multiple disciplines.
Skills: Advanced problem-solving and applied engineering skills.
Strong technical report writing and verbal communication abilities.
Comprehensive understanding of validation protocol execution requirements.
Proficiency in technical presentations, personal organization, and validation protocol writing.

Proficiency in schedule development, facilitation, collaboration, and project management.

Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 3 years of Engineering experience OR Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years of Engineering experience.
Experience with Change Controls on Trackwise, packaging equipment, and new equipment process design.
Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
