Senior Engineering Manager

About the job

Responsibilities: Supervise all engineering projects and lead the engineering team. Build/design web architecture for ecommerce platform Measure and optimize website performance Define and build CI/CD automation and productivity tools Build and implement KPIs to support customer experience for retail Build and maintain cross-border e-commerce system; supervise data governance and analytics Supervise marketing tech development Manage a team of engineers Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. Prior experience must include 5 years of experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure 5 years of experience working with Agile, Lean and DevOps principals 5 years of experience working within e-commerce and third party payment gateways 1 year of experience managing a distributed team of software engineers. Location: Brooklyn, New York (in-office presence required)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000
