Job Title: Senior Estimator
Job Location: San Francisco, CA (office location)
Salary: $170K-$200K + Bonus (DOE)
Requirements: 10+ years of Estimating experience

Our team has been in the construction industry for more than 75 years, offering preconstruction, construction management, and general contracting services for a variety of project kinds, such as office, mixed-use developments, historic buildings, residential, education, infrastructure, life sciences, and seismic renovation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the project from first estimate through subcontract finalization
- Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form and other bid solicitation information as required.
- Manage the bid process on negotiated, GMP, and lump sum projects
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of cost/budget information to the customer/owner.
- Lead estimate/preconstruction handoff meetings between the preconstruction team and the project team.
