As the Senior Financial Analyst with 5+ years of experience, your role supports the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in performing various financial reporting, analysis, and accounting activities. You will interact directly with business leaders within ASICS Digital to ensure their financial information is accurate and their spending is aligned with their budgets. You will partner with budget owners to gather information to help achieve our financial targets. We are a fast-growing and constantly evolving digital company, and you will contribute by building new reports that will provide insights about the performance of the business.

Responsibilities:Monthly Forecasts and Reporting:Own the monthly forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely updates.Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and inputs for forecasts.Variance Analysis:Meet regularly with budget owners to review actual financial performance against forecasts and budgets.Provide detailed and accurate variance analysis, explaining key drivers of differences.Develop and implement action plans to address significant variances.Yearly Budget Assistance:Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, working closely with various departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment.Support the development of financial models and forecasts to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.Month-End Close Support:Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Manage commission invoicing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Assist with reconciliation of AR/AP balances.Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Billing Management:Oversee and manage the accounts payable process in Bill.com, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.Create and send out cross-charge invoices; ensure accurate and timely billing to clients and customers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related roleStrong proficiency in financial modeling and analysisAdvanced Excel skills and experience with Adaptive PlanningExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Location:This role will be a Hybrid role based out of the Greater Boston Area with the expectation of coming on-site 1 day a week.ASICS Applicant Privacy Notice:ASICS Applicant Privacy Notice: https://bit.ly/3RungFB
