Job Summary Responsible for the complete analysis of commissions payment and distribution to Sales personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Works in collaboration with other Accountants and the Finance Director in general accounting responsibilities and special projects.
Responsibilities and Duties Works closely with the Sales Analyst in the generation and analysis of sales and client accounts reports.
Prepares sales and special reports for managers and Directors.
Collect, organize and analyze information for financial reports.
Analyze financial performance and develop forecast models.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Assist in the preparation of yearly Budgets.
Perform cost analysis.
Assist a Finance Director with the preparation of presentations.
Supports the Finance Director in generating reports and information required during external audit processes.
Support the production/digital area with reports and participate in special projects of the department and other assigned tasks.
Participate and assist in special projects of the finance and sales department and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's or Master Degree in Finance or Accounting.
The candidate must be dymnamic, with a positive attitude and oriented to customer service in the management and collection of financial information.
Future career growth potential for licensing through FINRA (Serie 7, Series 66) and life/health/disability insurance.
Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point.
The knowledge and use of Excel at an intermediate or advance level is necessary.
Mastery of verbal and written communication skills that allow you to express yourself clearly in English and Spanish Must be well organized and a self-starter.
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and ensure compliance with deadlines and established goals.
