Job Description The Opportunity:

Mattel is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a key member of the Global Supply Chain Finance Team. Reporting to the Finance Manager of Logistics, this role's primary responsibility will be subject matter expert on Global Logistics Finance to drive FPA activities on a budget of $500 million and support strategic projects analysis and follow up globally- including global network optimization, which includes the location and size of distribution centers, and the understanding of production to final customer delivery of value.

What Your Impact Will Be: Conduct financial planning/forecast, and actual cost variance analysis for reporting on logistics operations for North America market Consolidate annual operating plans and budgets for Global Logistics, and communicate business performance against plan and prior years to stakeholders Provide business and financial guidance to all levels of the Logistics organization Partner with North America Logistics team to provide strategic business decision support Conduct financial analysis and planning for strategic initiatives that focus on efficient resource utilization (cost saving and optimization), require in-depth financial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives and provide performance tracking Become a subject matter expert on Mattel's systems and Logistics operation and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity. Ensure compliance with Corporate policies and Sarbanes Oxley requirements Qualifications What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or MBA and 3+ years of related experience Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to think creatively, highly- driven, self-motivated and intellectually curious Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills a must Ability to collaborate, lead/facilitate meetings and develop/maintain relationships across the organization to enable effective completion of business objectives Sound business judgment and ability to influence groups and/or more senior associates Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves. The annual base salary range for this position is between $104,000 and $125,000
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
