About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Growth Lead with a strong background in growth marketing to play a pivotal role in evolving the marketing engine. The successful candidate will be a black-belt in growth marketing, responsible for taking the marketing strategy from V1 to V2, with a direct focus on revenue generation. Initially, the role will involve a deep dive into email marketing, with a clear trajectory to expand into various other channels and eventually take ownership of outbound efforts. Key attributes for this role include being an ambitious operator, excellent in writing compelling content, commercially savvy, and data-confident.

As the Senior Growth Lead, you will fully own the marketing email and organic social strategy, including the development, implementation, and management of campaigns that drive a qualified pipeline. A significant part of the role is to be commercially savvy, understanding the product, audience, and sales process, and to be data-confident, capable of working with raw data to make informed marketing decisions. The ideal candidate will be analytical, solution-oriented, and adept at leveraging research and tools, as well as excelling at building trust with cross-functional teams. This is a role for someone with a world-class mental model for running a growth marketing motion, particularly with experience in early-stage companies, and who is comfortable operating with autonomy and a high level of numerical data.
