This critical role is dedicated to supporting the growth and success of the business and its people. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented business partner with a broad generalist background in HR, including talent development, culture, change leadership, and succession planning. As a key member of the People team, the Senior HRBP will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to design and deliver people plans that align with the company's values and mission, and contribute to the achievement of business goals. Responsibilities include leading HR programs, advising on the employee life cycle, utilizing data to inform HR strategies, and partnering with business leaders on change management and employee engagement. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA appreciated), at least 7 years' experience as a strategic HR partner, and strong communication, work ethic, and problem-solving skills. Experience in leading through change in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization is essential, as is a proactive and agile leadership style. The role requires extensive knowledge of HR strategies and programs, including DEI, organizational design, and talent development. The successful candidate will be a hands-on professional with a high level of energy, a passion for engaging with people, and a commitment to shaping a healthier, more engaged future. A PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred, and a proactive mindset and a willingness to lead transformation are key attributes for the role.
