Job Summary
We are looking for a senior IT analyst to join our application infrastructure support team. Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our Oracle cloud-based applications. Will also provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex issues on the project. Monitor, maintain, and optimize the application infrastructure, including Oracle SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS offerings. Analyze and resolve technical problems related to application performance, functionality, and security. Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to implement and test solutions for application enhancements and upgrades. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for application infrastructure support. Provide strategic recommendations and best practices for application infrastructure improvement and innovation. Oracle application support Creating infrastructure for developers' applications that connect to oracle Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in IT analysis and support, preferably in Oracle cloud environments or Oracle applications. Strong knowledge of Oracle SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS offerings, such as Fusion, ERP Cloud, Database, EPM, and Analytic Cloud. Proficient in Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, OPatch, and BI. Familiar with middleware offerings such as Apigee, boomi, and Informatica cloud. Proficient with command line tools on both Linux and Windows servers. Understands networking, load balancers, and general connectivity protocols. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively to deliver solutions that meet business needs and expectations. Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle Cloud Applications is a plus. Admin ebusiness or peoplesoft Code (nice to have)

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
