Senior Living Health & Wellness Nurse

Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team at a senior living community. As a Health and Wellness Nurse, you will provide support to the Director of Health and Wellness and take on leadership responsibilities in their absence. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to grow into a leadership role and make a positive impact on the lives of seniors. Practices according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards Completes resident assessments Provides direction and leadership to care staff Trains staff on medication administration and other care duties Qualifications Graduate of accredited nursing program Must have a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state Maintain CEU requirements Computer skills Passion for working with seniors
