Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis For Research & Development

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), focused on supporting our Research & Development (R&D) team. In this role, you will provide strategic financial partnership for R&D programs, from discovery to early and late-stage clinical development.
Work closely with the R&D teams to provide financial leadership to optimize investments and cost efficiencies. Develop accurate financial forecasts, annual budgets, and expense tracking for clinical programs. Maintain alignment with program teams and clinical development plans. Provide detailed analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate findings to the leadership team. Collaborate with finance and R&D colleagues to develop and share best practices. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in finance or related field 8-12 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for a global organization.
