How you will make an impact... Senior Product Managers at Opensignal play a key role in shaping the company's future, making this position both rewarding and challenging. As crucial members of product teams, Product Managers work cross-functionally with sales, technical product managers, and client service delivery teams to ensure our products are aligned with business goals and deliver exceptional value for clients.
What will you be doing? This role will support the Director of Product Management in leading Product Strategy for Opensignal's suite of flagship Subscriber Analytics solutions within North America. As a Senior Manager, Product Management, the candidate will report to the Director of Product Management and support the development of the following:
Product Roadmap Development: Support the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with the company's vision, market demands, and strategic goals.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and inform product development strategies.Requirement Documentation: Define and document product and business requirements, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.Pricing and GTM Strategy: Assist in developing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Customer Advocacy: Serve as the "voice of the customer" to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and preferences.Messaging and Positioning: Help craft clear and compelling messaging for new product features and releases, ensuring effective communication.UAT and Launch Support: Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and support go-to-market (GTM) activities to ensure successful product launches.Ongoing Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities, and assist in developing strategic responses.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure cohesive product development and execution.Customer Feedback Integration: Continuously refine the product based on customer feedback, ensuring it meets market demands and enhances customer satisfaction.Desired Skills & Abilities 7+ years overall experience in product management, marketing analysis, or professional servicesExperience performing data analysis leveraging tools like SQL, Excel to provide critical early feedback on data sets and observationsAbility to identify inputs, plus build (or co-build) a product/solution business caseExperience developing Products and solutions that deliver value in multiple geographiesExperience as a Product Manager for B2B productsExperience working cross-functionally, including technical and market-facing teamsSelf-starter who can quickly learn new products from scratch and identify their key differentiatorsStrong business communication skills and ability to create visually compelling slidesAttention to detail, including command of technical product informationExperience with Big Data and data analysis, in a development or delivery roleDemonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and unstructured environmentsTelecoms industry knowledge in sectors such as mobile, cable, broadband, and smartphones a plusAbout Us Opensignal is the leading global provider of independent insight and data into network experience and market performance.
