This role will provide you an opportunity to exhibit your strong project management skills and influence our organization's food safety culture at multiple levels. This role is located in Bentonville, AR.Project Management: Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to FSMA. Establish project goals, objectives, roadmaps, and deliverables that align company objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines and monitor project milestones. Manage project changes, risks, challenges, and actions efficiently. Prepare project updates and keep all stakeholders updated on the project's progress and obstacles.Cross-functional Leadership and Influence: Collaborate with various departments to integrate FSMA regulations into existing processes. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to execute FSMA-related projects. Influence key stakeholders across the organization to foster a food safety culture. Facilitate decision-making, arbitration, and conflict resolution within project teams.FSMA Compliance and Training: Ensure organization-wide compliance with FSMA regulations. Develop, manage, and refine FSMA-related programs and initiatives. Conduct FSMA training programs to enhance organization-wide understanding and compliance with FSMA regulations.You'll Make an Impact by... Delivering E2E traceability to comply with regulations.Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders (product, tech, stores, supply chain, merchandising, food safety, legal) to drive initiatives to completion.Developing timelines and project plans to achieve strategy goals.Providing easy-to-understand options and alternatives to enable efficient leadership decisions.Developing documentation of the proposed solutions to drive consistent execution.Providing strategic oversight for FSMA rollout.You'll sweep us off our feet if...
