Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Title: SR. Manufacturing Engineer Location: Ponce, PR
Overview: Lead manufacturing engineering activities, mentor junior engineers, and drive large-scale process improvement initiatives to meet production goals and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and validation of manufacturing processes. Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize production efficiency. Mentor and guide junior manufacturing engineers. Manage equipment commissioning, validations, and maintenance schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO) and internal policies. Prepare and present reports on manufacturing performance to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Strong expertise in process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and equipment qualification. Proficient in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
