Job Summary
As a Senior Medical Assistant, you will work under the direction of management and physician leadership to oversee clinical activities including patient care, technical procedures, and lab protocols. Additionally, you will assist in achieving office efficiencies and supporting physicians, clinic staff, and management, promoting customer satisfaction and a "Service First" philosophy.
Providing primary healthcare and patient care management Collaborating with clerical staff to optimize operations and patient flow Interacting with outside healthcare facilities and agencies Maintaining updated competencies Performing front office duties Demonstrating excellent customer service skills Qualifications Completion of an accredited MA program or equivalent experience 1 year of relevant experience Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Medical Assistant, Certified (CMA) or equivalent Location
