Relevant Experience
(in Yrs) Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics with at least 3 years specifically in PowerBI development
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Power BI Proficiency:
•Expertise in creating interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
•Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service.
Data Integration:
•Ability to connect to a wide range of data sources, including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other cloud and on-premises sources.
•Experience with Power Query for data transformation and cleansing.
Azure Services:
•Knowledge of integrating Power BI with Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Delta Lake.
•Experience with Azure Analysis Services and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Security and Data Governance:
•Understanding of row-level security (RLS) and other security features in Power BI.
•Knowledge of data governance practices and compliance requirements.
•Knowledge on NIST standards and guidelines
Performance Optimization:
•Skills in optimizing Power BI reports for performance, including data load optimization and query performance tuning.
Power BI Administration:
•Experience with managing Power BI workspaces, datasets, and dataflows.
•Understanding of Power BI Premium and its features.
Experience Required
•Experience in creating complex dashboards and reports
•Proven ability to work with large datasets
•Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization
