Senior Product Manager

XM Cyber is a global leader in hybrid cloud security. XM Cyber brings a new approach that uses the attacker's perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.
As a senior product manager on the cloud team at XM Cyber, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of the major cloud security features from end-to-end. Among other things, your position will involve the following:
Define feature specifications based on familiarity with market, customer needs, and technical considerations.Maintain and prioritize development backlog.Communicate with customers, aggregate feedback, and promote new features.Work with UX designers, engineers, and security experts to design and deliver product features.Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, marketing, etc.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.Work on both inbound and outbound aspects of the product.RequirementsExperience: Product management: 3+ years of experience, proven track record of delivering software products to market.Cloud security: deep level of experience in the industry (product management, research, or security role).Cloud proficiency: familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.R&D background: ability to engage in conversations with development teams regarding architecture and software design.Collaboration oriented: experience speaking with customers and other stakeholders.Communications: excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.Additional characteristics: team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic.
