Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Gather and organize sales leader strategies and build comprehensive decks into compelling value add stories Analyze sales performance metrics Implement technology and tools to improve productivity and streamline sales processes Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives Monitor industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective operation of the channel sales program Provide monthly executive summary on project status, outstanding action items, and completion timelines, including key asks for Boost Leadership Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made Coordinate with the cross-functional team to clearly define the desired product/project requirements, ensuring scope alignment and technical understanding of the business goals Effectively and consistently communicate to stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in channel sales program management, with at least 3 years of executive leadership building Wireless or Technology related experience required Skills and Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates, including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects/initiatives Three years of experience overseeing event planning/execution, drafting internal/external communications, and project management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred Experience working in fast-paced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes Location: This is a fully in-office/onsite role, based in El Segundo. Travel: Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% or as needed for Executive support. Please note, this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
