Job Description
As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of interior design and architectural projects, managing documentation, consultant coordination, and the construction process. You will lead and collaborate with our team of architects, designers, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. The firm works on a wide variety of typologies including high-end residential, private houses, multifamily residential, hospitality, retail, cultural spaces, corporate headquarters for select corporate clients, and yachts.
Hard Skills
+ 10+ years of experience in hospitality or hotel projects
+ Revit expertise
+ Experience with budgeting and scheduling
Soft Skills
+ Excellent project management skills
+ Passion for creating aesthetically pleasing environments
+ Clear understanding of interior design and architectural principles
Work Environment
The firm has 17-20 employees. Employees are typically in the office 5 days a week but some remote flexibility is offered. Full benefits provided. New office located near Chinatown. They are typically in office 5 days a week but offer some remote flexibility.
