Senior Recruiter

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of recruiting and filling hard to fill roles for our national clients. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities Hardworking, dedicated individuals with a goal-oriented mindset. You will enjoy collaborating with others and working as a team to find the perfect person for our clients. You must be a good judge of character who can save time searching for applicants by using first impressions of a candidates resume and application to decide which candidates to pursue. We are looking for a person to be in the office daily and are organized and coordinated, able to communicate with dozens of applicants at once about several different positions and guide them all through the hiring process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 2-5+ years' of recruiting or account management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills
