Are you looking for a Senior Sales Manager.
Job Summary: The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales revenue.
This person must be an ambassador of the company's values ??and fully understand and manage sales procedures to lead, manage and hold accountable the sales team.
Essential functions: Be a company leader and ambassador for Company Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Manage and develop the Sales Department structure Manager and develop sales communication Manager/ Develop sales SOPs Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
Monitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as needed.
Manage/ Develop sales programs (FS Promo, FS Incentive, Retail Training, PACS/GGG Retail Validation Retail Team incentive) Sell at a high level – executive to executive Sell at an entry level – sales rep to buyer Present captivating presentations to customers & team Overseeing sales team paid time off Overseeing and designing contingency plans as needed Manage/forecast sales team monthly expenses Assist the Finance department with the A/R accounting process Assist the Human Resources department with the sales recruitment process Participate and conduct training for customers and members Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
Manager Boar's Head Monthly campaigns Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products or services Design and oversee marketing strategies with suppliers Coordinate suppliers' visits Present new products to the Sales team Social media and marketing management Manager/ Develop Product launch Oversee sales communication with the Purchasing Manager and/or Director of Operations.
Collaborate with the Leadership Team & Sales team to create monthly promotions Manage prospecting process to fill sales pipeline.
Assist the Operations department, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry, management experience, management experience, experience in the food industry.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Demonstrates the ability to design workflows and procedures, generate innovative solutions, promptly identify and resolve problems, and effectively coordinate projects.
Demonstrates competency in project management and coordination.
Demonstrates professional experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrates the ability to generate creative solutions.
Demonstrates ability to write reports and routine correspondence.
Possesses effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to address groups of clients or employees in Proficiency in English and Spanish Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work.
Shows diligence in completing tasks in a timely manner, utilizing effective time management skills.
