The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the supply chain procurement team for the BT&E operations group. This position will report to the director of ET&T SC and will be responsible for an extended geographically diverse team of procurement professionals. Some travel may be required based on business needs.Position Responsibilities Include:Act as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements in support of BT&EManage employees and managers from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of BT&E, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and supplier diversityDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsDevelop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectivesAcquire resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsProvide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesProvide oversight regarding negotiation strategies, processes and related toolsManage, develop and motivate employees and managersThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's Degree or higher5+ years of experience management or leading teams3+ years of experience engaging with global customers, suppliers and partners etc.Experience in a role requiring influencing and negotiation skillsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):10+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skillsCritical thinker, effective and dynamic communicatorExperience with supplier management and supply chain teamsExperience with budget and management of program critical pathExperience communicating with executive and senior leadersEmotionally intelligent, motivated, organized, flexible, and resilient under pressurePerform and lead with a significant amount of autonomy and exercise good judgment in determining suitable solutions in support of customers and stakeholdersRelocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
