Contract to Hire Position (will start out as a 20hour a week position) Location - Oak Brook, IL (1-2 days a week onsite) Our client is looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner that leads the full-cycle recruitment processes and programs for corporate hiring efforts. In addition, this role develops recruiting strategies and programs based on business needs and priorities to ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent into the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and hiring relationships to ultimately help drive future growth via our greatest asset – our people.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: Plan, develop, lead and execute full life-cycle recruitment processes and programs, ensuring all recruiting activities represent the employer brand and values. Influence hiring managers, candidates and HRBPs through the full-life cycle of recruitment process with a key focus on candidate experience.Develops recruiting strategies and programs based on business needs and priorities that ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions at all corporate levels from entry level to leadership positions. Evaluate ROI of recruiting strategies and programs, including impact on candidate experience.Identify and negotiate contracts with external recruiting, technology and vendors that support the pre-employment process in collaboration with Retail Support Talent Acquisition TeamDeliver and analyze quarterly and annual recruitment & exit metrics reports to influence talent acquisition strategy and enhance processes.Collaborate on employer brand initiatives driving focus on the candidate experience.Manage annual Talent Acquisition Budget (includes estimating costs, identifying new recruitment sources, routing contracts, budgeting for career fairs, training, etc.)Partners with HRIS to ensure hiring and onboarding systems are designed for effective and efficient processing for candidates, new hires and HRBPs.Lead internship program and recruitment for 17-22 interns across corporate annually (including career fairs, full-cycle recruitment, and program administration). Available Budget spendCandidate selection KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES: Minimum of 5 years of corporate recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to senior leadershipBachelor's degree requiredExperience managing a high-volume recruiting workload (i.e. 40 plus openings at a variety of levels).Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong follow up collaboration skills.Knowledge of Employment LawProfessional and charismatic presence; ability to make a positive first impression in all forms of communicative engagementsResults driven in an extremely fast paced environmentAttention to detail and exceptional organization skillsExperience creating and implementing projects and processes from inception to completionFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems. Experience working with Workday ATS preferredStrong decision making skills
