Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 / year DOE
Senior Tax Accountant Requirements: 4+ years of public accounting experience Comfortable handling substantial financial assets and large-scale transactions Strong tax and accounting knowledge Proficiency in QuickBooks, Lacerte, Excel, and Adobe CPA certification is preferred but not required Experience in a family office setting is preferred Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with high net worth individuals and various stakeholders Senior Tax Accountant Responsibilities: Handle tax accounting for partnerships and individuals Collaborate with an investment group to manage and report tax information for various funds Record security transactions within QuickBooks Perform K-1 reporting and understand the diverse investment transactions Prepare financial statements and assist with tax projects and planning Provide a comprehensive view of taxes and investments to the family, beyond mere tax return preparation Work closely with bookkeepers and other accounting professionals Benefits: Healthcare coverage 401K Plan with match Life insurance/Disability PTO + PSL Company pays for lunch when in the office (different restaurant each day) Reimbursement for CPA Free Parking Fitness center with shower is free for employees Hybrid Schedule (M/W/Th in office T/F work from home)
