The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, setting sales targets, and driving performance metrics within the Americas. This role requires a leader who can build and scale sales teams, establish processes, and infrastructure to meet set goals, and continue to foster a culture of accountability and speed. The SVP will be a key player in steering deals, conducting web-based demos, and nurturing business relationships with customers. A strategic thinker with a hunter mindset, the SVP will be expected to have a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, particularly CCaaS, and the ability to articulate and sell the company's products and services.
Applicants for the SVP position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in building and leading sales teams in the Americas, with a proven track record of scaling in a hypergrowth environment. A background in the SaaS industry, preferably with CCaaS experience, is essential. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a focus on both short-term and long-term sales plans. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere, and the ability to provide and receive feedback professionally. A BA/BS degree is required, and the role involves over 50% travel.
