Key responsibilities for the SVP, Business Banking Team Leader include executing a diagnostic calling program to self-originate business banking loans, managing client relationships, and proactively monitoring the loan portfolio for risk management. The role also requires the candidate to be a coach and mentor to the team, oversee deal structuring, and work closely with relationship managers on large and complex transactions.
