The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and management of company-wide executive compensation programs and initiatives. This role involves driving the presentation and material preparation for the Compensation Committee of the Board, assisting in the annual proxy CD&A process, and supporting the financial analyses and modeling of pay packages for executives at the SVP level and above. The Head of Executive Compensation will also oversee the executive non-qualified deferred compensation plan and the executive relocation program, ensuring alignment with company objectives and best practices.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' advanced professional experience in executive compensation administration. A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred. The role requires in-depth knowledge of compensation theory, experience in preparing materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board, and strong project management and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and demonstrate a high level of business, analytical, and financial acumen. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to use data to support and develop compensation recommendations.
