The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, ensuring the highest standards of stakeholder centricity, risk excellence, and inclusion. This pivotal role involves strategic leadership, team management, and fostering a culture of exceptional service delivery within the talent acquisition team. The Global Head of TA will also be instrumental in internal talent mobility, talent pipeline development, and driving initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and equity within the workforce.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' global talent acquisition or equivalent experience in a best-in-class organization, with a proven track record in building and developing a high-performing talent acquisition function. The role requires a leader with deep functional expertise in process design, relationship management, and strategic execution, who can effectively communicate and cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a self-initiating, independent thinker, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and possessing exceptional business and financial acumen. Experience in talent acquisition technology, vendor management, and a collaborative leadership style are essential for this role.
