About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Line of Business Risk Manager for Equipment Finance/Leasing. This strategic role is pivotal in enhancing and coordinating risk management policies and procedures within the first line of defense for the Equipment Finance/Leasing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Risk Management department to design and implement operational risk policies, monitor their adherence, and ensure alignment with business executives and senior management. Day-to-day activities include providing updates and improvements to risk practices, maintaining reporting on risk incidents, and effectively executing operational risk programs. The role also involves leading LOB-specific risk committees and participating in enterprise-wide risk management committees.

To excel in this position, candidates must have a solid understanding of operational risk within the equipment finance/leasing sector and a minimum of 5-7 years' of experience in risk management or audit, with a focus on the 1st line of defense. Strong knowledge of the bank's RCSA process and experience in mitigating risk gaps is essential. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, solution-driven business partner with excellent communication skills, capable of preserving partnerships and driving risk management initiatives. The role is remote and does not require being in the Southeast footprint of the bank, offering the opportunity for a professional with the right skill set to make a significant impact in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
