The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and positive patient outcomes within the value-based care delivery and prevention models. This role requires a leader who can reduce unnecessary utilization, total cost of care, and medical loss ratio, and who has a proven track record in population health and healthcare operational management. The SVP will be expected to have a strong educational background in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in the industry, and the ability to manage a significant P&L. Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of population health management strategies, building and motivating high-performance teams, and fostering strong community and provider partnerships.
