The SVP of Operations will be accountable for managing a complex, global, multisite environment, and must be adept at leveraging the latest manufacturing technologies. They will also be instrumental in the development and execution of product category manufacturing strategies, including footprint management, and will be a passionate advocate for the company's manufacturing excellence and lean initiatives.
Candidates for this position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or a similar technical discipline, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' of senior operations management experience in a large-scale, complex, global, multisite environment is required, along with a proven track record in Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing technologies. The role necessitates a leader with a strong vision and strategy, experience in ISO standards, and a history of managing technical employees to deliver high-quality products.
