The SVP will be responsible for building and maintaining physician partnerships, setting the group's growth strategy, and managing the clinical, financial, and operational performance of the group. This role involves overseeing a significant operational portfolio, fostering a people-centric culture, and ensuring operational excellence across the group. The successful candidate will be accountable for the group's financial performance, developing and executing business planning and growth strategy, and will be expected to travel up to 60% of the time.
Candidates for the SVP of Operations position at the company should have a proven track record in a leadership role, with a minimum of 15 years of healthcare operations management experience. The role requires strong management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a demonstrated growth mindset. The SVP will be responsible for crisis management, quality oversight, operational efficiency, cost management, risk management, and regulatory compliance. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a relevant field is required, along with extensive experience in contract negotiations and managed care models within a complex healthcare environment.
